Scheduled push replication is failing, manual runs work

I see the following exception in artifactory.log when push replication is due
to start:

09 [art-exec-856] [ERROR] (o.a.s.TaskCallback  :54) - Running before
initialization finished.
2012-01-24 00:00:00,006 [art-exec-857] [ERROR] (o.a.s.TaskCallback  :54) -
Running before initialization finished.
2012-01-24 00:00:00,008 [art-exec-858] [ERROR] (o.a.s.TaskCallback  :54) -
Running before initialization finished.
2012-01-24 03:20:00,006 [art-exec-859] [ERROR] (o.a.s.TaskCallback  :54) -
Running before initialization finished.
2012-01-24 03:20:00,008 [art-exec-860] [ERROR] (o.a.s.TaskCallback  :54) -
Running before initialization finished.
2012-01-24 04:00:00,005 [art-exec-861] [ERROR] (o.a.s.TaskCallback  :54) -
Running before initialization finished.

When running manually, replication works.
